- Waste Reduction: Use of recyclable and compostable materials for food and equipment (reusable cups, etc.). Setting up recycling stations to collect waste generated during the event.
- Carpooling and Shuttles: Promotion and facilitation of carpooling among participants. Organizing shuttle services from the Culoz TER station to reduce individual car trips.
- Sustainable Transportation : Encouraging the use of non-motorized modes of transportation, such as bicycles, to get to the event.
